Tour Itinerary:
Day 01: Trivandrum Sight Seeing
On the first day, the guests will proceed to the local sightseeing of Trivandrum.
Day 02: Trivandrum Sightseeing
On Day 2 of the journey, the guests will proceed to the other sightseeing of Trivandrum.
Day 03: Alleppey Sightseeing.
On Day 3 of the tour, you will have Alleppey SightSeeing.
Day 04: Thekkady Sightseeing.
On Day 4 of the tour, Guests will proceed towards Thekkady sightseeing.
Day 05: Munnar Sightseeing
On Day 5 of the tour, guests will proceed towards Munnar.
Day 06: Munnar Sightseeing
On Day 6 of the tour proceed towards the second part of the local sight of Munnar.
Day 07: Cochin Sightseeing.
On the last day of the tour, depart for Cochin,
CAB RULES
• Kindly follow the itinerary given. Any deviations from the itinerary will result in additional
charges and should be done only after consulting the concerned tour executive.
• Driving Time as per the Itinerary given. No night drive will be entertained except in case of
any emergency.
• A driver is the core of any tour so it is requested to make them also feel comfortable & also
try to give them a tip at the end of your tour.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Rooms are subjected to availability at the time of booking. If not available, a similar category
of accommodation will be provided with your prior notice and check-in / out timing will be
as per hotels.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on the availability of
hotels mentioned, we do not block rooms at the time of sending confirmation.
• We strongly suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure
it is as per your preferences before conforming to the package and change of hotel on arrival
would charge retention.
• There is No Refund for unutilized Service
• Few of the monuments, museums, Tourist attractions will close during their weekly
respective holidays, Govt Holidays, Hartal / Strike & other any reason what so over which
are not in our control.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, we are not responsible for any compensation for
hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• Check-in & out time as per hotel policy. Any early check-in or late checkouts are strictly
subjected to availability & at the discretion of hotel management.
• A maximum of 3 adults is allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress with the bedsheet, blanket & a pillow.
• Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest,
etc. high season surcharge if levied any.
• Ac time in Houseboat will be 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION TERMS
Booking:
• Once the booking is confirmed for your side we check the availability of Hotels as per your
requisites dates.
• Thereafter a final list of hotels will be acknowledged to you & only after your approval any advance amount will be asked to you. So that before any payment to us you will be very much assured about the hotel you/your client is gone stay.
Payment:
• For booking confirmation at list 50 % advance is to be made in our Bank account. Once
received, all the booking vouchers & other details will be mailed to you within 24
working hours of receipt of advance.
• Balance amount to be settled 5 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
• Please note Cancellation / Amendment request needs to reach us in writing.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 45 days prior to the date of arrival - 20 % of package amount.
30-45 days prior to arrival - 45 % of package amount.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 30 % of package amount.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival - 100 % of package amount.
Cancellation Policy differs from case to case & we will do our best to refund you the maximum amount in case of any undue emergency & unavoidable situations. It would take at least 7 days to process such a Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services.
